Below is the general washing instruction for all types of fabric. For better outcomes, please do a test wash on a small or hidden area of the item. Please note that this is the general instruction. For a more detailed instruction, please refer to the instruction label tagged to each specific item. It is suggested for this item to use dry cleaning. In case of hand washing or using a washing machine in delicate mode, please wash the item in room temperature water. Do not squeeze, wring or crumple the item. Please lay it flat on a dry surface. Please note that fraying is a normal outcome while using and it could usually happen to wool yarn. Wash the item inside out should avoid fraying and a well-invested fabric shaver should help removing frays safely. However, fraying should disappear on its own if the item is left untouched for a period of time.

Domestic shipping will be made by GiaoHangTietKiem. International shipping will be made by EMS/VNPost/DHL. A shipping confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent to you after the order has been shipped. For customers in HCMC, same-day shipping is available. Please contact us on Instagram or Facebook for requests.

We will not process any return request if the defect(s) on the item(s) is not caused by us. For international orders, only undiscounted, untried and unwashed with full tags items can be returned within 14 days after the delivery day (not apply to discounted items). For domestic orders, only undiscounted, untried and unwashed with full tags items can be returned within 7 days after the delivery day (not apply to discounted items). Domestic orders are defined as orders being purchased in Vietnam Dong and are delivered within Vietnam. After the aforementioned time frames, we have the right to refuse your return request. Our products are tailored manually by the most dexterous dressmakers in Vietnam - also one of the top-rankers in the quality of fabric manufacture. Before being brought out to the world and to the hands of our customers, all of our products have been through meticulous quality scrutinies and testings.

The payment is made at the time of purchasing. No order will be delivered without payment. The shipping unit choice is made by us but we will try our best to honor your choice. The shipping fee is on the customers and is a part of the bill.

Any complaint about shipping problems: delay, damaged or missing goods must be sent to us via text document within 7 business days from the delivery day. Mamalade will have the appropriate opportunity to investigate once any complaint is filed and and the customers, in case requested by Mamalade via text or speech, need to quickly return the damaged good(s) addressed in the complaint in any safely wrapped package.
