Payment and VAT
The payment is made at the time of purchasing. No order will be delivered without payment. The shipping unit choice is made by us but we will try our best to honor your choice. The shipping fee is on the customers and is a part of the bill.

Complaint
Any complaint about shipping problems: delay, damaged or missing goods must be sent to us via text document within 7 business days from the delivery day. Mamalade will have the appropriate opportunity to investigate once any complaint is filed and and the customers, in case requested by Mamalade via text or speech, need to quickly return the damaged good(s) addressed in the complaint in any safely wrapped package.
